Google SAML is not wired up yet. Run terraform output google_workspace_saml_setup, create the Google SAML app, save IdP metadata as google-idp-metadata.xml next to prod.tfvars, set google_saml_metadata_file = "google-idp-metadata.xml", then terraform apply again.
